Mango halwa

I bought 3 big mangoes, which were half-yellow, with the assumption, it will ripe in 3-4 days.

But, it started getting black spot on top. I paid a lot as it is off-season for mangoes. Didn't want to waste it, so peeled it, cut into small pieces and kept in a ziplock in the fridge, as I was feeling very tired that day.

Next day, in the pressure pan, added the mango pieces, which was one big bowl full, added roughly 500ml of milk and sugar to taste, mixed well, kept it on low flame stirring from time to time.

Once the pieces got cooked well and the milk had reduced, I added 4 heaped tablespoon on cornflour, mixed with little milk to a smooth paste, added it to the cooking mango mixture to thicken it, at this stage kept continuously stirring or else it will form lumps.

added about 2 tbsp ghee, in parts, once it left the sides of the pan, spread it on a greased plate. Once it was set, I'ld cut into pieces.
