Power Smoothie

Ingredients

skimmed milk chilled 1 cup
low-fat yoghurt  1/2 cup
apple chopped  1/2 cup
grapes/ raisins  5-6
almonds soaked  4-5
flax seeds  1/4 tsp

Method
combine all in a blender, serve at once.
