The recipes posted here are very simple, with no hard & fast rule, as I love to cook a variety but with ease. My dishes are such that it is nutritious & easy to cook. Low Carb Pumpkin Pudding
Ingredients
1 sm. can pumpkin
2 containers fat free low sugar vanilla pudding
cinnamon to taste
nutmeg to taste
Splenda to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together; keep in refrigerator until ready to serve. Add whipped cream topping.
