Quinoa-raw mango upma

Ingredients

quinoa  1 cup
water  1 /4- 2 cups
pressure cook it for 3 whistles
grate raw mango 1
oil  2 tsp
mustard  seeds 1/2 tsp
urad  dal 2 tsp
chana dal  2 tsp
green chillies finely chopped  2-3
ginger 1 "finely chopped
curry leaves few
turmeric pdr  1/4 tsp
salt to taste
lime juice  1-2 tsp as per taste

Method
in a pan/ kadai, heat oil, add mustard seeds, once it crackles, add the dals, fry till golden, add chillies, ginger, curry leaves, fry for a minute, add mango, haldi, fry for 2 minutes on low flame stirring continuously, add salt, and cooked quinoa, mix well adding lime juice, garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves, serve hot with chutney/ thick curds.
