Oats-carrot cake

Ingredients

crushed oats  1/2 cup
carrot grated 1 cup
maida/ all purpose flr.  1/4 cup
baking pdr.  1 tsp
baking soda  1/2 tsp
condensed milk  1/2 cup +
cinnamon pdr.  1/4 tsp
cardamom pdr.  1/2 tsp
nuts chopped  2 tbsp
vanilla essence  1/2 tsp
oil  1/2 cup

Method

add dry ingredients, mix well, then add carrot, mix well
add condensed milk,oil and the spices, mix well
add vanilla and nuts ,mix well
pour into a greased baking tin, bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 deg. C for 20-25 minutes or till done, to test, put a skewer or toothpick in the centre of the cake, if it comes out clean, it is done.
to serve, you can dust some castor/ icing sugar mixed with cocoa pdr on top.
