Mughlai Gravy

Ingredients

curd  1/2 cup
fried onion  1/2 cup
grind both together and keep aside

oil  3 tbsp
cinnamon 3 small bits
cardamom 4 split open
cloves  3
pepper pdr. 1/2 tsp
ginger finely chopped  1 tsp
garlic paste  2-3 tsp
haldi  1/2 tsp
coriander pdr.  1 tsp
jeera pdr. 1 tsp
chilli pdr.  1 tsp or to taste
vegetable stock 1 cup or more
cashew nut powder  3 tbsp
boiled vegetables 1 cup ( beans, peas, carrot, cauliflower)
potatoes and capsicum fried  1 cup
coriander leaves  1 tbsp
garam masala 1 tsp

Method
heat oil, add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom fry till a nice aroma comes
add ginger, garlic paste fry well
add haldi, dhania , jeera, pepper and chilli powders fry well
add cashew pdr., ground paste, vegetable stock, boiled vegetables, salt, cook for 5-7  minutes on low flame, add garam masala, fried vegetable, cook for another 3 minutes
serve hot garnish with dhania with roti/ rice/ bread
