Biscuit Pudding

Ingredients

Marie biscuits powdered  1/2 cup
baking pdr. a pinch
water little to make thick batter
chocolate sauce
fresh cream

Method
mix biscuits and baking pdr. well
add little water to make thick batter
pour into greased mould
bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 deg. C for 10 minutes
then reduce heat to 175 deg. C, bake for another 10 minutes
or bake till the knife pricked in the centre comes out clean
serve hot/ cold with chocolate sauce and fresh cream
